I believe this will strengthen our global footprint and leverage off relationships and contacts that ICI have to date. ICI are involved with the esport.com group in which host significant tournaments and are a blockchain company. Involving ourselves with a blockchain company is very relevant in this day and age which will utilize payment structures in an efficient manner alongside how rewarding the existing relationships will be for us in the medium to long term.
ICI can also offer us significant benefits in games and existing contacts. There is much more to be said however I will wait to fully reflect when the announcement is supposed to land this Friday. Remembering we still have our own announcements to make outside this one.
