Ash u delay me more and i confess article far to complicated for me as i'm not sure what google is saying.ie quote 'with no difference in performance'.?
So where to start,i believe tls will have a world leading network for providing the latency,cloud computing etc required for esports.
Very boring for me ie just providing the connectivity and what ever cloud computing is.
Again they refuse to get involved in the meaty part of the profits involved in esports.This involves not just the revenues from leasing or owning a purpose built esports arena wired for 5g ie ticket sales leasing out food etc ie just like MCG.But it also provides tls with the image of being a young agile tech/telco co.ie 'tls esports arena'.
I would suggest there are limited locations for such arena's,as posted afinity and hoyts got one in nsw,vic govt plans one in victoria which will be leased out like mcg.
This is a layer over tls's network that penn talks about,and imo a simple to run layer business.
So With tls and its esports partners including ericsons etc maybe google would choose to include their technology in tls's vic arena?
Its just a repeat of energy and digital advertising,again tls misses out on the layer profits when absolutely they have the potential to attract 'any' partner they wanted to include in tls's vic esport arena.If tls controls the vic arena they imo control esports australia when combined with their network.
And y i suggest its time for a new ceo who can take advantage of these imo obvious business models ie tsm esports,afinity etc,red energy etc,oml etc.
