"Preferred bidder selected" was encouraging, at least there are bidders. Once I had the alert that there was news incoming, I was worried that it was going to be a 'no one was interested' scenario.
At least the project is ongoing. I think the last part about "no deal is done until it is done" is to shut the peanut gallery up.
