As a previous long term holder I watch the farce transpired with treatment of KCN under hands of Junta government with their influence on Thailand courts.
It it is good we get new posters on this thread as it shows we are attracting new interest. And feel free to read the previous posts.
This is the outcome that Ross is working towards to a November mediation hearing date. as foreign investor KCN has invested hundreds of millions in Chatree only be wiped out by Thai government expropriation actions. Kcn shareholders had to suffer the write down and loss. The key point here is this mediation is held in Singapore under international tribunal not Thai courts. PRI claim settlement is one step closer for KCN and it’s shareholders recovering the loss and being treated fairly.
