There no question KTD have absolutely stuck to their timetable and milestones.

IMO it won't be long now before the new factory is online and producing as planned - and I'm guessing the issuance of that required certification would indicate that production will be commencing sooner, rather than later.

That KTD doesn't produce the raw product is in it's favour as it can source it's supplies as needed rather than rely on so many other variables to ensure it's availability.
