If you read the last Annual accounts there is mention that the directors took out insurance to cover their actions.
I think the IGS shareholders should commence actions against the Directors for the failure to undertake their fiduciary duty to protect the assets of IGS.
They were totally unaware that a claim has been made against the IGS and it had been awarded against the company in the UK.
