Well the problem is when the NPV of that profit is worth $108,000,000 and you only own 50% of it.... But your market cap is $80,000,000 - $100,000,000 diluted for that 50% once the refurbishment has been made... Then slap on a sovereign risk discount etc.

This is why the likes of @ozblue have been calling posters out here. There is a massive disconnect in reality and most of the posts here. Whether that's disingenuous or innocent, it just leads people up the garden path and we know who always gets left holding the bag.
