my personal opinion is that the operational costs for ammaroo would be too high to compete with current DSO phos operations. you will note that verdant never published their expected operating costs. cd capital are taking a gamble that in the future ammaroo will be economical.
baobab on the other hand is financially robust in the current market and there should be interested parties to get the upgrade funded.
