If BKW and FBR can't reach agreement in 45 days it's a bit of a worry.
Surely the guts of the transaction was reached/known on signing of the MOU and the 45 days was only needed to allow lawyers etc to draft the formal contract.
I'm getting concerned Pivac ( the non technical one) is in over his head. He might have been the right guy to get the business to where it is today but doesn't seem to be able to finalise/settle any commercial agreements.
My experience is over promise and under deliver with FBR, and it comes down to communication or lack of it, and managing shareholders expectations.
