Adelaide doesn't get a mention as it is largely steady as she goes. No massive boom in recent years and certainly not crashing like many purport the property market to be doing. Sydney and Melbourne are the main ones undergoing some change and even that isn't as bad/dramatic currently as many here make it out to be.
And beave while Adelaide has more of a country town feeling compared to the likes of Melbourne and Sydney it is far from being a country town.
