    NET said it gave key source code to iSoftStone in China. NET and you forgot to mention Blue Tech would go out of business if it tries to sell the same VIN client software into any US Federal client. If Blue Tech gets any source code say bye bye China. A blind person can see there is no USA USA & China in this play cool.png
