Its basically an underground lake from my understanding, the brine in ORE ground has been drilled/logged and is in ORE 2010 presso. See SRK sections for what srk think the subsurface geology is. ORE have done previous testing and belive the brine/basin is 650 m deep. see ORE 2010 presso

IF it flows into SRK ground then SRK i would guess will pay the 10 m aussie to gain 90 % of the project. If they pay 10 m they will have to raise cash, i would guess having the top 4 hold most of the shares it would be tight and raised at higher prices
