In my last couple of posts I have discussed Anteo Diagnostics forming a new company called ANTEO ENERGY PTY LTD and lodging a new patent looking at new battery technology and the indication is this work seems to be working with LITHIUM ION batteries.
The industry expert that has been working on this project over the last 12 months is Dr Quansheng Song.
Dr Quansheng Song is involved on several other patents in the battery and cleantech sector listed as an inventor and the applicant is the Queensland company NANO NOUVELLE PTY LTD that I discussed in my last post.

Patent application title: THIN COATINGS ON MATERIALS
In particular it was the second patent "THIN COATINGS ON MATERIALS" that really caught my eye.
This is very much Anteo's sweet spot as we know Anteo's technology can apply 1-2 nanometer thin coatings on very hard to coat surfaces.
As I had mentioned the new patent was 100% inside ANTEO ENERGY PTY LTD which makes me think something else is happening here. Time will tell but it looks like the potential for either a JV or an acquisition inside this entity with the ability for the sale/IPO of a separate asset for Anteo Technologies shareholders further down the road if that was a good option - My point is that with the new patent totally inside ANTEO ENERGY PTY LTD it creates the foundation for something much bigger.
I had the following thoughts
- What would the new ANTEO ENERGY company be valued at if it did an IPO on the ASX or even on the NASDAQ and this currently sits inside Anteo Diagnostics (ASX:ADO)
- How does NANO NOUVELLE & ANTEO fit together
- Does NANO NOUVELLE need Anteo's Technology?
- Could ANTEO acquire their company and patents inside the new ANTEO ENERGY company?
At the moment all speculation of course
