FMG was never trading on a PE of 30x, you could slice your argument in many directions
My point isn't to say BIN and FMG are the same company/situation. But to draw comparisons to the expectation of what people have on how Buy Backs work.
Give it time and the fundamentals will play out, don't get hooked on the day to day noise of what did and didn't happen
