This has shown how desparate VEC have become with these type of raisings....

I think mum and dads will be paying for all these expenses moving forward and will be diluted to next to nothing and somebody will step in towrds the end (before dfs is done)and take this asset away from everyone.....

This debt financing will be the start of the death of VEC and mum and dads will be paying for it yet again....

IMHO this has turned into a dog
