There is a reason why you don't build walls only with cement because it will snap horizontally and this is why they put long thick rebar skeleton in cement walls, not to mention expansion in saudi desert with it's cold nights...
to solve cement wall problem you need a robot that can place normal thick rebar and tie it and then blast cement in a shape all around the rebar..... or print rebar (not a thin horizontal wire while pasting cement)
that is something for fbr in 2040
