    its the retailer excepting the installment plan.and SPT providing the service and the credit card provider is taking the risk, I mentioned thus before overseas the retailers were taking the risk on giving instalment plans but now they would be passing on to the credit cards through splitit overseas in turkey lets say retailers have been.providing this for years over 20 years but it was for big ticket items buts now i see them for smaller tickets items too unbelievable a 50tl item.being split into 12 instalments. that frees up the credit card limit, the total amount will be on hold and tgen every month the retailer gets ther install.coment amount then the credit card balance is reduce by that amount with no interest charged. briliant concept 20 years ago in oz wouldn't even think about it but these days this is where retailing is going. if your in retailing tou have no choice remember customers allways right so as long as customers want to be sble to Split it then the retailer that allows this will increase revenue and make sales and that is what we need in todays retail environment.
