It seems Huayou just started buying on market, bought about 4m shares.
Original 186m (first placement @7c) + 26.3m (recently placement @3.8c) + 4m bought on market last week = 216.3m (9.49%)
There were still few dumps from institution accounts. Hope Huayou take this opportunity to increase to 19.98%.
Interesting move, which I expected.
