of course I wasn't speaking of a literal and complete gift. there is some sarcasm that you have to pick up on.

but when you chair a company to $5m in spend with no product sales and get millions of shares in return - its a gift. if he knew anything that we didn't know the company might be halfway successful.

here is to hoping that isn't correct but there is 0 evidence otherwise and certainly no one willing to put any real money into this company.
