In the Ghouta pocket alone where Trump launched his missile strikes to save the moderate headchoppers around 10,000 civilians were being held hostage. Moderates secular muslims, Christians and other minorities were held in camps during the war. When the headchoppers were allowed to be evacuated to prevent more civilian casualties only a few hundred were found. Most hand been worked to death, executed over the years, tortured, the women and children raped and used as sex slaves or mutilated and then killed.
These were the extremists that Trump and Obama had protected, just a vicious as ISIS. The Yazidis is just one of many groups that are largely moderate that were exterminated by Muslim extremists trained, armed and supported by our benevolent leaders, the CIA and allies in Syria and protected in the media via propaganda tools like the white helmets.
