I covered this rather extensively a few years back and claimed Martin Bryant was the fall guy. The abuse was unbelievable.
This case should have went to court regardless of Martin Bryant pleading guilty after months in solitary confinement and verbal abuse from his new lawyer who was later jailed for fraud.
The whole episode was bizarre. Destruction of evidence and ignoring witness statements.
Martin was found guilty by the media.
The case should go to trial now in my opinion regardless of what Waleed Wanker thinks.
Martin had an IQ of 70 and was a sensitive person with a pocket full of cash.
Why would he turn to murder instead of surfing?
