Well - imagine how many 10’s of thousands of round fragments come from several hundred rounds fired in an enclosed space with hard walls?

As far as authorities controlling the video goes -

Do you not understand that the videos were designed as a weapon of terror??

How could authorities be expected to do anything else bar attempt to contain and control the weapon so that people like you don’t use them for exactly what the perpetrator designed them for?
