You've been explained all the things that trigger your "BS meter" by people who have more knowledge and/or experience with these things, than you.
Which leaves only one logical explanation: you want to believe what you want to believe.

But since other people are reading your posts:
A guy that's been shot twice in the chest and once in the thigh. spent 4 hours going down the mountain on he's own. Yet I visited and spoke to him the very next day!
Another claim that triggers "BS meteter" from you...
