It's almost impossible to prove a negative. However, suffice to say that the whole process seems to be capricious and arbitrary and there's no clear goal on what the outcome is meant to be. If anyone thinks the Indians are looking to give 49% of their revenue and IP to and Australian company that is (in my opinion) well overvalued based on national production of steel then I really think you need ask the punters of Punt road if they think that's going to happen... because it seems totally absurd.
All just iMO.
