That is plain wrong. CT is the main modality for cancer diagnosis, and the most commonly used for treatment follow up.
Regarding the changes to indexation. They are going to supposedly occur if Morrison stays in power, which seems unlikely atm. So unless Labor propose something similar, it may not mean much for CAJ.
