You're just playing with words to avoid the fact that fossil fuels still receive massive subsidies when they are no longer pertinent. We don't need to encourage that industry any more.
The EV tax free fuel is the only break EV's currently get in this country and I certainly don't begrudge that for the pioneers who are paying a high price to introduce them onto our roads.
I quite agree about reducing the population. Ending the unconstitutional support for religions that encourage their men to have multiple wives and children who all get Centre Link payments, as if polygamy is legal and then more payments to look after them all, would be a good start.
