You're kidding yourself if you think 6 billion shares+ with a 1:30 consolidation to follow immediately is better than your standard cookie cutter 1.5billion raise.

I certainly would much rather a 3 odd billion register with $4.5mill in the coffers any day of the week - it would've given them a chance at Chuscal and partly pay debt without totally disregarding existing shareholders - you know, the ones they're supposed to be creating value for.

It's def a dog in my books now.
