I have to say I don't see a market for high rises changing their existing glass facades/curtain walls to PV glass. Who pays for this change?? Does it come out of the body corporate fee all the tenants pay?? Good luck on that one.
There is currently a huge fight going on Australia wide as to who pays for the cladding changes to meet the fire standards, everyone should know about this!
There are figures being touted that going from 1m2 to 15m2 would only cost an extra $50-$60 dollars per m2 for pv glass, as opposed to the cost of roof panels and the power generated per day would be the same for the extra cost.
Download a copy of AS1288-2006 and you will see that increasing glass panel square meterage is not as simple as is being touted on here.
I personally still don't believe that the panels can be made much bigger than 1m2 or we would have seen them by now.
Retail in Australia is not going well and shopping centres are spending their money much more wisely.
There is a long way ahead for any non standard solar power companies.
The SP at the moment is a true reflection in my opinion of where the company is with it's tech.
