I don't get why anyone would buy. No institutions would support so they had to go retail. Then retail would not support so they had to extend. Now they are calling our phones begging for a dollar here or there. As far as I can tell this is still a tech company without a CTO or sales.

In all likelihood they get less then they are asking for and have to go through this process again in a couple of months (until they fail, or maybe they just fail now). If there was any belief in this company the chairman or one of the larger stakeholders would have gotten behind them. The fact is the share price is already trading under 3c - neither smart money nor dumb is behind this anymore.
