Based on previous financial reports 17 mill is roughly 6 to 9 months of operating costs.
Before the CR we were looking at zero cash occurring in July 2019.
So now with the CR FBR have enough to see out calendar year 2019 and maybe through to Mar 2020.
If all goes according to plan we will see a little bit of revenue booked in the 2nd Quarter of FY19/20 from the 10 houses built. But how much revenue does FBR get for HX block laying services for each 3 BR house? 5 or 10k per house?
Remember the revenue for brick materials will not be seen by FBR....those $ will go to BW.
Not much to pay the bills with.
How quickly they can get contracts for more houses to be built after the first 10 will be interesting to watch?
