Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-14

What the ASX has requested AVQ to explain and answer is far from a Godsend. It is what shareholders have been stating for a much longer period than starting in 2016 even.
The ASX issued AVQ with a serious “please explain or else” re representations, commitments and press releases AVQ and or promoters on AVQ’s behalf have made to shareholders, investors and public at large since 2016 to 2019.
WHY?
Because AVQ has repeatedly NOT DELIVERED as per the shareholders, investors and the public’s expectations. Expectations which have been based on and relied on AVQ’s statements to produce AVQ’s stated outcomes.
Those outcomes have not materialised. And even the works that the company (AVQ) is stating are currently underway are being scrutinised by the regulator!
Clearly AVQ will be under the microscope of corporate regulators going forward.
Shareholders don’t nor should need to rely on a corporate regulators STERN PLEASE EXPLAIN
to enlighten company shareholders of the true status of that company.
Though clearly some here think this is a Godsend.
