    March 15 (Reuters) - Authorised Investment Fund Ltd (AIY) :

    • SIGNED NON- BINDING TERM SHEET TO ACQUIRE 30% STAKE IN NEW JV BETWEEN ASIAN INTEGRATED MEDIA & AMBIENT DIGITAL GROUP
    • UPON AIY SUBSCRIBING FOR ITS 30% EQUITY INTEREST IN VENTURE, ADG WILL HOLD 55% AND AIM WILL HOLD 15% INTEREST IN VENTURE
