In am attempt to approach the negative sentiment of yours at a different angle, I used to ask this question in another stock I once held:

* What is it about this stock that you firmly believe is worth commenting negative about?

You are correct on one thing and that all especially Asian funding partners do take their time with their DD. Time will certainly tell whether Toho transact as they intend. They have until 31 March 2019 (or such other date as the parties may agree).

So officially only 2 weeks away for both parties to reach a formal understanding based on DD and for funds to officially be transferred. Until then, it’s anyones guess, as seen on many other stocks..

But, I am still keen to hear your response on my question above?
