Let's go back in time when we first went to India, was it not just for the development of Coldry alone with NLC in India alone
At that time was this or was this not classed as a company maker alone

We have been informed the original plant size of Coldry 160,000 ton PA has now been upgraded to a 600,000 ton PA so there is obviously a serious requirement for a local briquet/pellet plant
We have also been informed that news was not that far away infact should have been updated by now by all accounts, and I do understand as Sholtz mentioned untill this India deal is signed it could well fall on deaf ears as far as the market is concerned
In light of this latest update though I feel if things are anywhere near the point of progressing with a Victoria plant
Then put it to the market
This next part may sound insane to some people keep inferring we are the minnow
I prefer to look at it as the bullied kid in the school yard
How long must that kid take the humiliation and heavy handed treatment that the bullier inflicts upon him before he is eventually cornered and comes out swinging
This would be a massive decision for management to take on alone to front up to the bully and start swinging ( give them an ultimatum )
As a long term holder that has not always had faith in this board, but do not hold them in anyway responsible for the position we now find ourselves in its nothing but total humiliation for them and a show of utter contempt towards them
I did explain my financial position just the other week with regards to releasing my shares in the ELF won't go over it again needless to say I could really do with a win around about now,
On saying the above if the Victoria proposition is looking towards a go I would like to see just exactly how and where we sit with this.
On viewing that information I would put forward to management that they let shareholders put forwards a vote of backing management in in giving these buffoons I think Chaya called them an ultimatum and putting an end to this bullying
I know some have lots more to lose than I have if the deal is pulled but I do believe it's all relative, my balls are on the line but I would commit to giving management my blessing to have a crack at these clowns
I have been to .002 before, a plant development in the Latrobe valley would not see us in this region for to long if it's a serious possibility
This bullying has to stop or we will forever walked on
Like i said my thoughts could be viewed as insane but as far as I am concerned
