Kidman is also in an extraordinarily good position. Kidman has a JV with SQM. If Kidman should have financial problems... sometime... then SQM will certainly help with a loan without Kidman losing his share of the JV. BECAUSE the fear at SQM is far too great that Kidman could sell his share to Albemarle or Tianqui. SQM's competition is just waiting to take over MT Holland......... so SQM will always help Kidman.

This small company has something... what the big companies want.
That's what I call a good strategic position for Kidman's management.
