Hey, I think you are reading into it too much. I don't know why you are thinking they are withholding results. It's far more likely they haven't received full assay results yet from labs which could be for a number of reason. Maybe lab backlogs, type and of testing and the comprehensiveness of the core testing.
If they are sitting on the full results then they are in breach of ASIC rules
