maybe that gives an insight into what is happening with MB... ie not much in the near future. My gut tells me the j/v partner will,drag it out trying to get a better deal for themselves given they are cashflow positive from operations and have no urgency whereas as PEX needs to issue capital to generate cashflow and has other projects that are creating urgency.
