    I don't think they are changing rules I just think that MAY did not advise on Key Milestones to get this over the line. They have done this to some extent now but they should have been upfront on all of this . I just hope that the Farmin Agreement does not have holes in it that the Chinese can use to their advantage and no ours !!!
