WHL energy "merged" with Quantify Technology (QT) 2016. Oil to tech is not that unusual given what happens to oil/mining stocks in downturns. DJ is NOT on the board of QT now. Performance rights issued to directors of QT. Again standard procedure.
In light of your posts E the above suggests someone familiar with what you mention.
I have always liked the Karlawinda project and see huge upside in the resource coming from regional and brownfields exploration. I have lost a reasonable amount over the years and the potential resource extensions I see tempt me but these corporate and financial issues are not encouraging. Cojones needed to hold.
