    It is not like that this hasn't happened before. Remember the rare earth saga affecting the only two non-Chinese producers? Lynas went almost bust and is still struggling thanks to some externally orchestrated political BS and US MolyCorp went bankrupt. While their problems were complex, it all started with the decline in rare earth prices coming out of China.
