It doesn't matter the circumstances, if someone tells you they are going to do something, take some definitive action.....after 2 or 3 bad experiences you would know that they were unreliable, untrustworthy. ECT must take the bull by the horns and force an action from NMDC......No one, business or individual should unswervingly continue along this path of proven ineptitude.
