Warren Buffets quote here may not be appropriate for a exploration company. Mostly what counts at the end of the day is that there is a mineable resource in the ground. Without a resource the best management will not succeed in getting a company from explorer to miner.
I am not overly impressed with management at PEX but and sure that the resource is top notch.
