i always say the management is milking shareholders, but for the challenge u put on the table about why not we drill IW conventinal oursleves instead of winx... its not a fair arguement , winx we only pay for circa 37% drill expense, IW conventional may cost 10m more, we dont have the fund at the time, and drilling permit is for 2019.
the truth is is they CR 50m , r u going to be happy to accept the dilution? the FO may diluted less! this is what the key point
