GD, no one is day trading FNT. It's virtually impossible given the lack of liquidity. Day traders wouldn't touch this. There seems to be a continual seller.. most likely a Top 20 holder wanting out. Given there's some sovereign risk with PNG and a lot of inactivity, I can see why.
