I think the key question for me is around what are GRR's plans for its pile of cash? Southdown mine development seems a way off (and depends on getting a partner). Property investment appears to have been used as an alternative to term deposits rather than a significant option for diversification. Is there any potential for buying out another productive, cash generating mining operation (but not necessarily iron)?
