if seeds have stopped selling, and 28nm is announced, do I agree with what the OP wrote - that th 28nm announcement will rocket our SP?
Answer is No. It won't 'rocket' our SP.
What will in my mind?
Answer. Signed on customer with announcement stating $N dollars in revenue. THAT... THAT WILL put a rocket into our SP. And other customers will jump on board.
28nm will move the needle a little. But Rocket? Nah. 28nm is a done deal in everyones eyes.
