Farmdownsouth, i think the answer MAY be as someone speculated last year on this forum. That those at the helm are not really wanting to mine anything. BUT are instead trying to prove up as much ore as possible hoping someone with a big cheque book will come along & make a bid. Or buy the deposits. It would certainly fit with what has & continues to take place.
