Respectfully I disagree. A producer is a producer irrespective of size or level of sophistication. What is different here is the management has no idea what they're doing and it shows loud and clear.
Let's not making any excuses for them at this late stage of what is a very simple truck and shovel operation. There is literally no chemical processing or other complications. It should be very easy for them state ore mining rates, processing rates, output rates at this stage.
If they don't have this info so late into the process then this means they don't know. Means they haven't designed it and tested it. So even more risk that production rates won't be in line with what we expect.
Process engineering is not a guesstimate game. It's exact!
