Just a clarification - you only pay interest on a splitit purchase if you are late paying your credit card - the card charges the interest as you know. Similarly on Afterpay, you will pay interest if you are late paying installments. I think Splitit can help people manage a large purchase by dividing the cost into manageable amounts that they can pay off their card each month, thereby avoiding interest.
