Looks like an attempt at industrial subterfuge to me? Interesting that this seems to be getting some promotion while TNG is out there looking for it's debt finance
No idea of costings etc and it still seems to be at the "vision" patent stage. Correct me if I'm wrong but, Ultra is merely getting a 6 month option on the licence for Australia.
This could be why TNG's management have spent time ensuring Mt Peake and the TiVan plant in Darwin stack up on their own. Royalties are the potential cream on the top and to my knowledge have not been included in any feasibility studies?
